I am now shipping out orders within 5 business days. Once an item is shipped, if you notice your item taking especially long to arrive, please reach out to me and I will put in a request to USPS to try to move things along.

Unfortunately, custom orders are closed at this time, but please feel free to reach out if you see something you like, but would prefer a different color or style.
*Hypoallergenic Metals
All listed earrings will come with stainless steel ear wire hooks by default, unless otherwise specified. I also offer sterling silver and gold-coated brass ear wire hooks at no additional cost. If you have very sensitive ears like I do, any of these metals should be gentle enough for your ears. If you have a preference, please just let me know in the buyer's note section (or send a separate message) and I will be sure to include those instead of the stainless steel. Please keep in mind that these additional options are only available for the ear wires.

I bought them for my mom, but I might be keeping them for myself...I did have a small problem though: The design itself is only on one side of the earrings, and when I tried them on right out of the box, the ornament had been placed backwards on both earrings so that the back of the earrings was showing front-side. It was simple enough to remove and reorient the moons, but I was definitely worried I would end up breaking something during the surgery! (I did ask for a different metal hoop than the one showed, so the mixup probably happened during that transfer.)

Custom and personalized orders
Unfortunately, I am not taking custom order requests at this time. If you're wanting something already available, but in a different color or variation (dangles vs studs), I can certainly do this. Please send me a message and I'd be happy to help.
Care instructions
For Polymer Clay Jewelry:
Do not bend or drop as your jewelry may break. To remove dirt and debris, use a soft cloth to wipe the piece of jewelry. A baby toothbrush may also be used. It is not recommended to use any jewelry cleaners, as this may dull or eat away at the surface. Rubbing alcohol on a q-tip should be used to gently disinfect the earring posts or ear wires.
Gift purchases
If this is a gift, I would be glad to include a personalized note with it. Just include the details in the note section with your purchase, or send me a separate message. Your message will appear on the packing slip, or I can print out a little birthday/holiday card if you let me know ahead of time. Please be sure to check off that your order is a gift if you do not want prices to be shown on the packing slip.
COVID-19 Delays
Due to the pandemic, some are experiencing delays in items being delivered. Typically, it is only by a day or two, but sometimes it can take longer for an order to arrive. I take orders to the post office within 5 business days, however, shipping delays are beyond my control. Thank you for your patience during these difficult times.

Returns
I do accept returns. Please send me a message within 7 days of receiving your item, and ship back within 14 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Returns due to buyer's remorse will be refunded the price of the item only. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Unfortunately, used products are not eligible for return for sanitary reasons.
Damage/Issues with your Order
If there are any issues with your order, please do not hesitate to contact me. I typically respond the same day.
Any product damaged during shipping must be reported to me within 3 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage.
